Post Cam or no cam
Have a 2008 Rubi 500 and want some extra jam from it. Have talked to my mechanic about doing the K&N, HMF pipe, and Dyno-jet. No problem. Thinks I should do a cam as well, though. Do I really need the cam?? :?: :?:

I suggest not opening up your engine unless you really have to, ie. to rebuild it.

Ditto here. They are never the same Honda engine after they have been cracked open.

Thnaks Woodsruner. Point well taken. It's in getting a dyno tune, pipe and cleaner as we speak.

I put a mudbuster cam, and a highlifter clutch kit in mine and love it. The cam is an awesome investment IMO.
